(fast kostenlose) PMDG NGX / 777 Remote CDU

  • Moinsen,

    PMDG 737 NGX CDU App

    Zitat von Avsim

Have you ever wanted to use your tablet / phone as a remote CDU? Well now you can! This free-to-view server will allow you to use your favorite mobile device (Android tablet / phone, iPhone / iPad, Windows tablet / phone) to interact with the CDU in PMDG's 737 NGX. All you need to do is run the server, scan the generated QR code with your device and you are ready to go!

And for only 5 EUR, you can purchase a full-control license which will allow you to control the CDU, all the way from pre-flight to landing. You'll no longer need to use your mouse / keyboard to click your way through the CDU being heads-down. Instead you can use a physical device, just like in real life, adding a new dimension of realism.

This solution doesn't have any limitation as to windowed or full-screen mode and has a minimal impact on system performance (less than 1% CPU usage). It will also support multiple devices at the same time, so you can use your tablet in your home cockpit while using your phone to monitor your flight. No additional license is required, regardless of how many clients are connected.

I'm happy to announce version 2.0.1 has been released!
Besides the main new feature - supporting PMDG's 777X - there are also some additional new features:

    • supports multiple CDU's at the same time: For the NGX, both Left and Right CDU can be connected to. For the 777, all 3 CDUs are supported. Each CDU has its own port.
    • new graphics for the NGX CDU
    • Improved communication protocol for lower latency
    • better support for Windows mobile tablets
