Bzgl ATC, ich war in SCL schon ein paar Mal mit der Martinair Cargo MD11 dort und das ATC war bisher immer gut, was die dann machen wenn 20-25 Flieger auf einmal kommen, das weiß ich nicht.

Tja was meinst du wie wir das alle gemacht haben? Also ich habe mir das alles selber beigebracht -> learning by doing.

Du musst solange üben, bis es funktioniert und das Handbuch von PMDG ist wirklich gut. Also auf gehts

Ansonsten Jens-Albert Schenk hat ein Handbuch in deutsch geschrieben für die normalen Prozeduren:

From a LOC/DME to several visual approaches there's everything your heart might desire.
