We are improving the product daily, and sometimes hourly. Everything has turned out completely different than expected - not all bad, but definitely very different. The issues that have arisen were either not known, or their severity was not as extreme during our development and testing.
Many of the main issues that have been reported are either already fixed internally or on the list to be very soon, but of course, "wills" and "re-dos" aren't the best option. If you're looking for an extremely polished, near perfect product, please wait. I am extremely confident that we will be able to deliver a product beyond your expectations, but it will take us some more time. On the other hand, if you do not mind quirks or issues (albeit quickly resolved), we encourage you to purchase it and work with us to deliver a completely unique product.
We did not intend to release this as an early access product, nor do we consider it one now, but it is still in its infancy and will require a more TLC than originally expected. We have learned already from our mistakes and will never make them again, but what's done is done and we can only move forward from here.
To our customers who were not prepared for what happened, I do want to thank you for the support and patience we've received, despite the frustrations. If we weren't already set on free updates and improvements, we would be now. I can't stress this enough - the worst you will experience at this point is a delay - not a product that fails to meet your expectations. We're doing the best we can to make the most of an extremely unique situation and as always, we will keep you updated and do our absolute best.
