We are preparing to close down PMDG for the annual PMDG Team Virtual Christmas Party which traditionally involves sitting around the Skype with a glass (or bottle) of your favorite spirit and having some laughs with the fellows you have fought through, sometimes with, the past year.
Before we head out the door to be with our families- we wanted to push a pretty significant update for the NGXu, in order to make sure that there was a pile of 737 updates under your Christmas Tree.
This update is available only via the Operations Center 2.0 update process- so launch Operations Center 2.0 and you will see a red attention getter attached to the Notifications menu item (top left.)
Open the Notifications menu, then follows the prompts to the product updates page, and you will see something that looks like this:
Click the blue install button, and you will be on your way!
We have a fairly lengthy laundry list of updates for this build, and also quite a few that are not in the change list but took place in the background as part of our normal, continued development process.
The big changes you will notice here is a pretty significant expansion of the computational capability of the EFB, to include all fleet types from the 600 through the 900ER with scimitar winglets. We have also made some changes to the energy model in the flight dynamics of the airplane, as our internal flight model had some hiccups that were causing the airplane to retain a bit too much energy in descent modes with and without speedbrakes.
We have continued working on optimizations to save draw-calls, in hopes that this will alleviate some of the load on second tier processors (please see my "Genesis of a Performance Discuss" post for more information on that topic...)
Okay- we have more updates pending for this, and for some of the other birds... and 2020 is looking like it will be a year for simmers unlike any other in the history of simming.

Edgar, du hast ja deine Sichtweise erklärt gestern, im Bezug zu Text statt Voice. Du sagtest das englisch nicht so dein Ding ist, ist bei mir ja auch bisschen so. Und die einfachen Anweisungen kannst du ja sicher auch. Schreiben tust du ja, warum nicht gleich Voice? Nur ist es halt beim KuMi so, und das weist du ja auch, dass viel Traffic in kurzer Zeit abgewickelt wird. Da ist es mit Text, eher mühsam für den Lotsen als mit Voice.

Woher hast Du die Info dass er im 2. Quartal kommen soll? Ich würde den eigentlich vorbestellen weil es zur Zeit noch die 10% Vorbestellerrabatt gibt. Bei Aerosoft steht dass er im Jahr 2020 erscheint...
Ich habe da also vor gut 3-4 Wochen hingeschrieben, da hieß es dass man nicht weiß wann er erscheint. Nicht dass es dann Dezember wird. Denn eigentlich sollte er schon im diesem Jahr erscheinen
Es gibt ein Youtube Video von einer Messe in den USA. Da sagte er, es kommt mitte nächsten Jahr. Also 2 Q. müsste passen. Ich suchs noch raus.

Damit man beim KuMi ATC hat, habe ich vor einiger Zeit von Timo dies übernommen. Rainer bzw. Maik haben es noch verfeinert.

We are a group of pilots from Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands and Austria who meet every Wednesday since 2002 (!)
for a small competition, called KuMi. The main goal of this competition is to touch down at exactly 2000z. The winner will get to choose the next destination.
In this case our next destination will be in your division: Jerez - LEJR. So it would be very much appreciated if you can offer us ATC service (APP & TWR would be great and a CTR postion would help even more with the traffic flow)
We are a group of approximately 7 to 15 pilots (very Vatsim experienced) so it gets always very busy around the aerodrome because everybody is aiming and planing their flights to arrive at 2000 UTC. (Winter 2100z)
So all in all help and ATC very much appreciated. A little feedback on this would be great =)

Ulas hätte ich besser eine Beratung in einem Supporter Forum für Grafikkarten geholt, wie sollen wir da wissen was jetzt wirklich besser ist.
Da gibt es sicher bessere Seiten im Netzt, wo man Grafikkarten vergleichen kann.

Von dem her ja, ich werde mir dann den Honycomb Quadrant holen. Ist zwar auch voll Kunststoff, aber egal. Denn kann man easy umbauen. Hoffentlich gibt es da noch verschiedene Schubhebel dazu. Hab da irgendwo schon andere gesehen.

Braucht man da nicht noch das Rack dazu? Ehrlich, lieber bisschen Kunststoff und hast ein vollwertiger Throttle, und sieht noch besser aus.
