1.) Open your Community>pmdg-aircraft-737>Data>Fonts and double click on PMDG_NG3_DU_B font, and install it onto your computer.
2.) Open SimApp Pro. Go to Game Peripheral Display tab up top and then Font Management tab on the left
3.) Click the green "AddFont" button on the bottom right. Type in any FontName you'd like, and in the SystemFont drop-down menu, find the "PMDG_NG3_DU_B" font you just installed. It might be at the very bottom.
4.) Hit Confirm, then Apply, and then start a new flight and check it out
Optional: But I've found tweaking the size and offset helps a bit. On your newly installed font, click the white EDIT prompt under Font Management, and edit the values:
Large Font: X-shift: 0, Y-shift: -4, X-scale: 1.3, Y-scale: 1.2.
Small Font: X-shift 0, Y-shift: -4, X-scale: 1.0, Y-scale 0.9
From what I can tell, the only difference between DU_A, DU_B, and DU_C fonts is the size of the characters and I think DU_B is the closest. Y but this is all I've gotten after an hour of playing around. It's not going to be a perfect match, the 0 is clearly missing the / through it, but I think the kerning of the WINWING display is a bit off, but again for sub-$150, I am beyond pleased with it. If anyone has any more time to closer match it, please update it. This is all I've been able to do in an hour.
Also fun tidbit- Go to Device Management and click on your PFP3 and the three sliders in the middle, click setting, and "Synchronize with the game", I did this for my Backlight and Screen and it'll mirror the Center Pedestal Panel Brightness knob.
