Du kannst bei SimBrief in den Aircraft Options einen "Cruise Level Offset" definieren. Die Info dazu sagt:
"Use this option to increase or decrease SimBrief's optimum and maximum altitude calculations for this aircraft.
For example, if SimBrief always plans you 1000 feet higher than what the FMS recommends, try using an offset of "M1000" (minus 1000 feet).
Caution: Using a large positive offset (generally P3000 or higher) could result in inaccurate fuel calculations as the aircraft might be planned at an altitude for which there is limited or no fuel flow data."
