Hallo,
nachdem ich in meinem PC ein neues Motherboard, i5 CPU, Grafikkarte usw. verpasst habe, lässt sich P3D V1.4 nicht mehr aktivieren. Fehler 5031. Mail an den Support von LM ist raus, jedoch keine Antwort von denen.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, P3D noch anders zu aktivieren? Sicherung vom alten System liegt vor. Kann von dort z. B. ein Eintrag aus der Registry übernommen werden?
Kann mit hier einer helfen?

Depending on the license you have, it is likely that you have reached the limited number of activations for your specific license. While the licensing software does recognize that the installs are being done on the same computer, if enough of the computer’s information changes (operating system, external hardware, graphics cards, etc.), it will flag your setup as a different computer. If you need an additional activation, because of a hardware change or you are moving the license to a new computer, please e-mail licensing@prepar3d.com with a very brief explanation of the reason you need your license reactivated, along with your license ID and invoice number, and we will be happy to get you squared away in under two business days.

Dieter schreibt ja dass eine Mail an den Support bereits raus ist, er allerdings (bisher) keine Antwort erhalten hat. Deshalb fragt er wohl nach einer weiteren Möglichkeit die Software zu aktivieren
Jarschi: Ja, schon klar, aber einen anderen Weg als die Mail zum Support scheint es nicht zu geben.
Prinzipiell kann die Aktivierung von P3d zwar öfters wiederholt werden (linke Shift-Taste beim Start von P3D gedrückt halten), aber wenn der Schlüssel nicht zur Hardware passt, wird das Ergebnis grundsätzlich unbedfriedigend ausfallen und LM muss ran.
Ich hatte die FAQs angehangen, weil die Antwort von LM ja auch schonmal 48 Stunden dauern kann...
