The crew shut the engine down, activated the fire suppression which extinguished the fire, and diverted to Belfast's International Airport Aldergrove for a safe landing.The airline reported a small engine fire that was extinguished before landing. Passengers reported there was shudder, a loud bang and streaks of flames from the exhaust of the left hand engine.
