Vorspeise:
Norwegische Käsesuppe
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
Zubereitung
Arbeitszeit ca. 20 MinutenKoch-/Backzeit ca. 25 MinutenGesamtzeit ca. 45 Minuten
Die Möhren schälen und würfeln, den Brokkoli in kleine Röschen teilen, die Zwiebel fein hacken, und den Speck (oder den Schinken) würfeln.
Speck/Schinken und Zwiebelwürfel in etwas Butter in einem großen Topf anbraten. Das Wasser und die Brühwürfel zugeben und alles aufkochen lassen. Wenn die Brühe zu kochen beginnt, das angerührte Mehl einrühren und so die Suppe binden. Die Menge an Mehl kann angepasst werden, je nach dem wie sämig man es mag. Ich fand 2 EL perfekt.
Den Gudbrandsdalen in dünne Scheiben schneiden und in der Suppe schmelzen lassen. Danach die vorbereiteten oder fertig gekauften Fleischbällchen, sowie Möhrenwürfel und Brokkoliröschen hinzufügen. Wer möchte, kann jetzt auch frische Kräuter dazugeben. Die Suppe bei reduzierter Hitze 10 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis das Gemüse gar ist. Zum Schluss die Sahne hinzugeben und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Zu der Suppe passt z.B. Ciabattabrot.
Gudbrandsdalen ist ein norwegischer Braunkäse aus Kuhmolke, Sahne, Kuhmilch und Ziegenmilch. Er hat einen leicht karamellartigen, buttrigen Geschmack.Hauptspeise
Kjøttkaker in brauner Soße - norwegische Fleischklöße
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
Für die Hackfleischbällchen:
400 g Hackfleisch 2 TL Salz 1 TL Pfeffer ½ TL Muskat 2 EL Kartoffelmehl 1 ½ dl Wasser Für die Sauce:
4 EL Butter 4 EL Mehl 1 Liter Fleischbrühe Salz und Pfeffer Zubereitung
Arbeitszeit ca. 20 MinutenKoch-/Backzeit ca. 25 MinutenGesamtzeit ca. 45 Minuten
Nutzen Sie eine Küchenmaschine und verrühren Sie ca. 1 Minute alle Zutaten zu einem feinen und glatten Teig. Mit einem angefeuchteten Löffel und der Hand formen Sie flache Klöße von ca. 60 - 80 g. Die Klöße braten Sie in Butter auf mittlerer Hitze ungefähr 2 Minuten auf jeder Seite.
Für die Soße schmelzen Sie Butter in einem Topf und verrühren sie mit Mehl . Bräunen Sie die Mischung auf niedriger Hitze. Danach gießen Sie unter ständigem Rühren nach und nach Brühe darüber. Köcheln Sie die Soße ca. 10 min. Schmecken Sie mit Salz und Pfeffer ab. Geben Sie die Klöße in den Topf und lassen Sie diese ca. 10 min köcheln.
Servieren Sie das Gericht mit gekochten Kartoffeln und Preiselbeeren oder Erbsenpüree oder beidem.Nachtisch
Norwegischer Mandelkuchen
Zutaten für 1 Portionen
3 Ei(er), Gr. M, getrennt 100 g Butter (oder Margarine), laktosefreie weiche 125 g Zucker 150 g Mandel(n), gem. 60 g Mandel(n), gehackte 150 g Pellkartoffel(n), gekochte, abgekühlte, gepellte, durchgedrückte oder geriebene Zubereitung
Arbeitszeit ca. 20 MinutenKoch-/Backzeit ca. 45 MinutenGesamtzeit ca. 1 Stunde 5 Minuten
Die Eier trennen, das Eiweiß steif schlagen. Die laktosefreie Butter mit einem Handmixer geschmeidig rühren und den Zucker nach und nach unterrühren, dann die Eigelbe einzeln unter Rühren hinzufügen. Anschließend beide Sorten Mandeln und die durchgedrückten oder geriebenen Pellkartoffeln unterarbeiten. Das steif geschlagene Eiweiß zum Schluss vorsichtig unterheben.
Eine Springform (24 cm Durchmesser) mit Backpapier auslegen, die Mandelmasse hineinfüllen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei Ober/Unterhitze 175 °C ca. 45 Min. backen.
Wer will, kann nach dem Abkühlen den Mandelkuchen mit etwas Puderzucker bestäuben.
Dazu passt Fruchtkompott oder eine Preiselbeersahne.

Hab mich auch schon wieder umentschieden, komme jetzt mit CLH-CRJ 700.
Lfz kennt aber trotz aktuellem AIRAC den Flughafen Hammerfest nicht

Sounds like a fun idea! Could you please provide me where you guys are coming from and which routing you are gonna use, to optimise ACC.
I would also like you to know that ENHF is an uncontrolled airfield so there is neither TWR or APP. Just Polaris ACC and AFIS position. This requires more spacing for the approach.Also keep in mind its a small airport so A320/B738 would be not optimal.
