Outerra (allg. Fragen, News etc.)

    Hallo Zusammen,


    ich wollte mich nebs mal ein bisschen mehr mit Outerra beschäftigen und u.a. ein paar neue Freeware Models installieren, hier ein schöne Seite mit verschiedenen vehicles: http://www.outerramods.com/


    Soweit so gut, nun kann man da diese OTX Files zum Model herunterladen, mal abgesehn davon das ich nicht weiss wie man ein OTX extrahiert, nannte ich es einfach mal in ZIP und und siehe da, man kann es extrahieren...


    Raus kommt lauter Ordner mit vielen Dateien.


    Das Problem jetzt jedoch, was muss wohin? Ich blicke da nicht recht durch und aus den verschiedensten Foren werd ich auch nicht schlau...


    Kennt sich jemand ggf. etwas einschlägiger damit aus und kann mir weiterhelfen?? ?(

    Installing models from Outerra Mods
    There are currently two options for installing models from Outerra Mods:


    The first and easiest option is to simply click 'Download' on the
    page of the model you would like to install. Double click the downloaded
    otx file and Outerra will install the model automatically!


    The second option is to synchronize your packages folder using btsync.
    This will automatically download all models from outerramods, and keep
    them up to date as new mod versions are released. To get started, click here to sync with our modserver
    and install btsync if you haven't already. You'll want to point the new
    btsync folder to your Outerra packages directory, usually located at
    C:\Users\[username]\Outerra\packages.

    das funzt schonmal nicht, da er gar nicht weiss mit welchem Programm er die OTX Datei öffnen soll?!
