KuMi am 26.11.2014 - FVWN

    Irgendwie klingelte das Telefon am Donnerstag Abend schon merkwürdig.
    Mein Freund Christian rief an und meinte, er hätte ne Überraschung für kommenden Mittwoch vorbereitet.
    Ich solle schleunigst nach Maputo/Mozambique kommen. Dort gibt's dann weitere Infos.
    Oh man, was hat er nun wieder vor?
    OK, meistens ist es mit 'nem Haufen Spaß und ein wenig Geld verbunden, und dass kann ich als Freelancer immer gut brauchen.
    Also erst mal ein Linienflug nach Maputo gesucht. Laut Skyscanner geht am Samstag um 1410 ein Flieger von FRA nach LIS und am Sonntag morgen weiter nach MPM. Dann nehm ich den TAP-Flug und besuche nochmal meine Cousine in LIS. :thumbup:

    Ich habe mich mal auf dem Flughafen umgesehen und direkt eine SMS von Christian gekriegt :

    Hotelzimmer ist gebucht. Du fliegst morgen Nachmittag nach Inhambane. Eine Beech hab ich Dir gechartert. Dort treffen wir uns dann. Hier der Flugplan : FQMA UVGAN IN FQIN/0044

    Die Route führt mich an der Küste entlang Richtung Norden, ein Katzensprung. Und die Beech hab ich auch schon entdeckt - sehr nett !

    Heute Nachmittag habe ich mir dann die Beech geschnappt und bin rüber nach Inhambane geflogen.

    Das Wetter war alles als gut und ich musste einige Gewitterzellen umfliegen. Habs aber dann gerade noch zum sunset geschafft.

    Jetzt würde ich aber schon gern wissen, warum ich hier bin! Igehe hoch zum Tower und bezahle meine Landegebühr. Christian hat dort eine Nachricht für mich hinterlassen. Morgen früh kommt er an und wir treffen uns um kurz nach sieben...

    Heute morgen hat Christian mich vom Hotel abgeholt und mir auf der Fahrt zum Flughafen erzählt, um was es geht. Es gibt einen ehem. Militärflugplatz in Hwange, d.h. jemand hat 4,6km Asphalt in den Busch gelegt und er hat drei Flugzeuge, die dort zu einer Flugschau hin sollen. Es seien drei spezielle Flugzeuge und ich soll mir eins aussuchen. Damit soll ich dann am Mittwoch um 2100Z in Hwange sein - aha !

    Als wir am Flugplatz ankamen traute ich meinen Augen nicht - schaut euch diese Prachtstücke an :
