Version 3.9.6 – April 29th, 2026
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Saved Locations. User-named lat/lon/heading bookmarks for any spot at any airport, recallable from the parking-selection menu as a "Saved locations" submenu and usable as warp targets — the aircraft's nose-wheel lands exactly on the saved point, regardless of aircraft size. Two ways to create one: from the menu when on the ground and away from parkings ("Save current position..." stores the aircraft's current pose), or from the airport map by dropping a warp cursor on any spot and clicking "Save Location". Saved locations live in the airport profile and persist across sessions.
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Saved Locations editing on the airport map. Each bookmark renders as a violet circle showing where the aircraft body would actually sit after warping in (offset back by the current aircraft's nose-wheel-to-datum distance), with a crosshair marking the precise nose-wheel target so different aircraft show the same bookmark at sizes that match their footprint. Drag the circle to move it, drag the orange rotation handle (visible when the bookmark is selected) to rotate it around the crosshair, double-click to rename, press DEL to delete (with confirmation). All edits autosave.
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Saved Locations editing from the menu. When the aircraft is standing on a saved location, the gate menu offers "Rename '...'" and "Delete '...'" entries alongside the usual options. Delete asks for an in-menu Yes/No confirmation before removing the bookmark.
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Handler scripts can now read user-saved locations. getCurrentSavedLocation() returns the bookmark the aircraft is standing on (within its proximity ring), or None; getAirport().savedLocations enumerates every bookmark configured for the airport. Read-only proxies — handlers can react to bookmarks but cannot create, rename, or delete them (that lifecycle remains the user's). See the Handler Scripts Developer Guide.
- GSX Pro Change: Status panel now reflects MARS sub-position context — the airport line shows the active sub-position id (e.g. "Gate E 32 [MARS: E34]"). When the aircraft is standing on a user-saved location, the state line reads "Our <aircraft> is on the <name> location" instead of the generic "taxiing on ground".
- GSX (all versions) Change: SafeDock3 displays now substitute the parent's gate number with the active MARS sub-position id ("GATE E" / "E34" instead of "GATE E" / "32" when sub-position E34 is engaged), so the dock readout reflects which sub-position the aircraft is at.
- GSX (all versions) Change: On the 2D map, the pushback endpoint cursor and the "Warp to point" cursor now place the airplane silhouette's nose right at the clicked point, with a small crosshair marking the spot — matching the 3D editor convention.
- GSX (all versions) Change: "Warp to point" now lands the aircraft's nose-wheel exactly at the clicked point, for any aircraft size. Before, larger aircraft ended up well past the target.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: A restart of the Couatl engine could occasionally hang, leaving the old process running in Task Manager and never starting the replacement. Restarts are now guaranteed to complete.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Engine restarts could take up to 30 seconds of waiting before the new instance even began loading. The shutdown step is now immediate, so the new instance starts loading right away.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Editing several parkings in a row could eventually cause GSX to misbehave — ground services failing to appear, the editor camera jamming, etc. Fixed.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: 3D parking editor: the pushback endpoint cursor and its ruler are again aligned, with the airplane silhouette's nose-wheel sitting exactly on the saved point so it can be lined up precisely with taxiway markings.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Persistent duplicate VDGS at wall-mounted SafeDock parkings (a stale static next to the freshly-spawned dynamic, most visible at LFPG terminal docks) is gone.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: MARS sub-positions: editing wingspan, parking position, or parking system from the airport editor now correctly persists to the active MARS sub-position. Previously the user's edits could be silently overwritten with the parent stand's values on exit, depending on the order of cleanup steps.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: MARS sub-positions: deleting a sub-position now also tears down its running SafeDock display and its static SimObject. The deleted sub-position no longer leaves a phantom dock or a snapshot-resurrected INI entry behind.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: MARS sub-positions: warp to a sub-position now lands the aircraft at the sub-position's location instead of at a stale stop position left over from before the parking was moved. Moving the parking in the editor now also clears any previously-customized stop position so the default formula recomputes a sensible stop at the new location.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: 3D parking editor: when editing a new MARS sub-position, the stop-position marker now follows the parking marker live as you move it, instead of staying frozen at the editor-entry pose. Switching to the stop-position editor after moving the parking shows the stop under the moved parking, ready to fine-tune from there.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Baggage carts on Deboarding and the front baggage loader could land off-position with the wrong heading at parkings where the vehicle's spawn pose was significantly off the chord to the cargo door — most visibly with the front loader cutting under the airplane belly. The approach now stays a clean forward U-turn that ends parallel to the airplane axis before the final 90° turn into the door, regardless of spawn pose.

-
Version 3.9.7 – May 5th, 2026
- GSX (MSFS 2024) NEW: 3D positional audio is back. The new Camera API introduced by Sim Update 5 finally exposes the listener pose to add-ons, so GSX can once again place ground-service sounds (vehicles, hoses, walkers, doors, etc.) in true 3D space — with proper distance attenuation and full positional mixing relative to the player's viewpoint, including full multi-channel mixing on systems with a surround-capable output device. Until now the listener position had to be assumed to be at the aircraft's center of gravity, since MSFS 2024 didn't expose the actual camera pose to add-ons.
- GSX Pro Change: New "Disable hotfix notifications" option in Settings → Troubleshooting. When enabled, GSX suppresses the hotfix prompt and the panel banner, and the auto-restarter skips the hotfix download / staging path entirely. Useful as a workaround when Cloudflare CDN replication delays cause a transient false hotfix notification before all edge nodes have settled.

Version 4.0.2 – May 25th, 2026
- GSX Pro NEW: Live parking search. A new Search parking... entry in the gate-selection menu — available both on the ground and in flight — lets you filter the airport's parking spots in real time as you type, instead of scrolling through long terminal lists. The list narrows with every keystroke and matches on gate name, terminal and number, ranking exact matches first, so typing "10" or "B 10" jumps straight to the spot you want. Pick a result to route there as usual, or Back to return to the gate menu.

Gibt wohl wieder einen Hotfix....

Version 4.0.3
May 30th, 2026- GSX Pro NEW: Option in the Settings to automatically skip the operator menu if there's only one operator available.
- GSX Pro Fix: Redesigned restarter/hotfix app, with lots of stability fixes.
- GSX Pro Fix: Improve handling of the Settings page, with better checks of min/max allowed values and safety during saving.
- GSX (FSX/P3D) Fix: "Airport disabled" message when starting on a new airport.
- GSX (MSFS) Fix: After getting a "bad jetway data" from Simconnect, GSX will try again later, to prevent transient Simconnect errors blocking the jetway usage.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Smoother turnarounds — boarding now starts reliably right after a deboarding at the same gate, and deboarding always finishes cleanly.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Your Settings are now saved reliably, including after applying a hotfix or restarting.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: The approach-distance readout at the gate now always disappears once you're parked.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Ground services now reset cleanly after every flight, so everything's ready to go for your next departure.
- GSX Pro NEW: Added the following Refueling operators: Swissport, Menzies (global), GS Caltex, SK Energy (South Korea).
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Added the following Handling operators: Ryanair by ASP (Poland), Abakan International Airport (Russia).
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Added the following Catering operators: Abakan International Airport (Russia).

-
Guten Morgen allerseits.
Version 4.0.5 – June 20th, 2026- GSX Pro NEW: The command to start the GSX Menu can now be assigned to any Joystick button, from the UI page of the Settings.
- GSX Pro NEW: ELGATO Stream Deck plug-in added, can be found in the Addon Manager\couatl\GSX\Streamdeck folder. The plug-in doesn't require any 3rd party add-ons to run, and can talk with GSX directly to display the same rich menu interface on the Stream Deck. It's designed to run with the main toolbar GSX menu closed. Include profiles for the Standard/XL/Plus models. Compatible with mobile devices, using the Stream Deck App.
- GSX Pro NEW: Added an option in the settings to use either the new Camera-based orientation or the legacy object-based orientation in the various 3d editors.
- GSX Pro Change: Various optimizations to lower the menu opening/closing lag, which should help 3rd party automations too, now at about 120ms.
- GSX (all versions): Aborting a service will cancel its "waiting for a door" conditions immediately.
- GSX (all versions): Fixed ICAO code for Tunisair Express to SEN, so it won't conflict with TUI.

Version 4.0.6 – June 27th, 2026
GSX Pro NEW: Universal web remote control. GSX can now be operated from any device with a web browser — your phone, a tablet, or a second computer — with nothing extra to install. Just make sure the Remote control server is enabled in GSX Settings (it's on by default) and open the address shown there from any device on your home network.
The full GSX experience, on a second screen. The page mirrors the same rich GSX menu you see in the sim, with live service status, invoices and price lists, and a complete Settings page — including the audio test sounds and the joystick assignment. Anything you change stays perfectly in sync with the in-game panel, and the layout adapts to phones and tablets in both portrait and landscape. If GSX isn't reachable yet, a clear message tells you what to do, and the page reconnects on its own as soon as it's back.
For developers. The same interface is built on a documented, open Remote API (v2) over a simple WebSocket connection, so third parties can embed the ready-made GSX UI in their own product or build a completely custom controller. If your EFB or app uses web technology, integrating the full GSX menu can be as easy as a single line, with zero protocol code: <iframe src="http://127.0.0.1:8744/">. See the included Remote API guide.
- GSX Pro NEW: GSX EFB app for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The same GSX interface is now available as a native EFB app, right inside the simulator — no second device or extra window needed. Installed automatically in the standard EFB, it gives you the complete GSX menu, live status, invoices and Settings on the in-sim tablet, styled to fit the EFB. The GSX menu hotkey brings it up and toggles between the status and menu views, and it automatically waits for and reconnects to GSX, so it's ready the moment the engine is running. This is especially handy for VR users, who can now operate GSX straight from the standard EFB inside the cockpit, without having to open a separate panel.
- GSX Pro NEW (MSFS 2024): Thanks to the EFB OS and a recent improvement in the MSFS 2024 SDK, the GSX hotkey (both keyboard and joystick) now works even when the Toolbar menu is closed, so you can bring up GSX at any time without first opening the toolbar.
- GSX Pro NEW (MSFS 2024): Seated Passengers support for the FlyByWire A380 native 2024 version.
- GSX Pro NEW: The Stream Deck plug-in can now connect to GSX running on a different PC. Set the GSX host and port directly in the button's properties; when GSX is installed on the same PC the port is detected automatically.
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Custom approach paths — the paths list and the vehicle picker now show each vehicle's own icon, for easier reading at a glance.
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Custom approach paths — the passenger bus can now have separate paths for boarding and deboarding.
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Custom approach paths — the baggage train can be set to spawn/despawn at the taxiway entry/exit point (no taxi-in/out) for its boarding roles.
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Optional "Always trust Simbrief passengers number" setting. When enabled, GSX always uses the passenger count from the loaded Simbrief flightplan and ignores any number an add-on aircraft sets through its own LVars. Off by default, so the airplane's own passenger count keeps taking precedence unless you turn it on.
- GSX Pro Change: Service states are now colour-coded consistently across the in-game panel, the web remote and the Stream Deck (requested, in progress, completed and waiting).
- GSX Pro Fix: Further optimizations in handling of LVars, which will make the menu faster when using airplanes with many custom RPN expressions in their profile.
- GSX Pro Fix (MSFS 2024): The GSX menu no longer fails to open in certain camera views (such as after a hard exit), and GSX now initialises in parallel with the sim's loading for a quicker, more reliable startup.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Custom approach paths — corrected baggage train docking when the train approaches from the opposite side of the aircraft, and the train returning to the nearest parking afterwards.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Fixed boarding occasionally stalling or aborting because of a baggage/passenger coordination error (most often seen in P3D).
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Aborting a service just as its vehicle arrives no longer lets the vehicle carry on servicing, and no longer leaves a lingering "waiting for your action" message.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: The aircraft's own airstairs are no longer deployed during taxi-in; they now wait until the aircraft is parked at the gate.
- GSX Pro Fix: The small M1A pushback tug could still show up at a parking even when pushback was set to Disabled; now no tug spawns at all when the parking's pushback type is disabled.
- GSX Fix: Fixed a possible crash and log spam when leaving an airport or returning to the main menu.
- GSX Fix: The Open Log / Open Panic Log buttons in Settings > Diagnostic now work correctly across the in-game panel, the web remote and the EFB.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Fixed a possible crash when a wing-walker was dismissed at the moment pushback began.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Fixed an error that could prevent the Water and Lavatory services from being added to the handling invoice.
-
Zitat
- GSX Pro NEW (MSFS 2024): Thanks to the EFB OS and a recent improvement in the MSFS 2024 SDK, the GSX hotkey (both keyboard and joystick) now works even when the Toolbar menu is closed, so you can bring up GSX at any time without first opening the toolbar.
Naja.. -
Und schon das nächste

Version 4.0.7 – June 29th, 2026
- GSX (all versions) NEW: Custom approach paths — while editing a passenger-bus route, the stairs (and, on MSFS, the PIGS passenger-guidance system) now appear at the door as a reference, so you can route the bus clear of them.
- GSX Pro Change: New "Network" tab in the Settings, grouping the SimBrief account and the Remote control server options together. It also shows this PC's address (IP and port), so you can quickly connect another device — a phone, tablet, or the Stream Deck — to the web remote.
- GSX Pro Fix: Reduced the overhead of the Remote control server. It no longer causes a brief stutter at roughly one-second intervals, and it now only sends data when something actually changes, lowering the cost of keeping the EFB or web remote connected.
- GSX Pro Fix: Web remote and EFB — the menu buttons no longer briefly appear at the wrong size for a frame when switching between menu pages, removing a visible flicker.
- GSX Pro Fix: Web remote and EFB — fixed the menu flickering over the status page during GSX startup, most noticeable with aircraft that operate GSX automatically while loading (such as the Fenix A320). The aircraft's commands are still carried out; only the on-screen flicker is gone.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Fixed a crash that could happen when backing out of the operator selection (the Back option) while a gate was being prepared.
- GSX (all versions) Fix: Custom approach paths — fixed test-driving a passenger-bus path pinned to Boarding or Deboarding in the editor (previously only "Any" could be tested).

Moin,
