Flight and Engine Models

Here we did a bit of work to the FADEC when it comes to FLX computations, some may have noticed a discrepency between the FADEC’s assigned thrust rating and what was actually achieved before - this has now been resolved by a thorough rework of the FADEC, but also with it’s associated data sources. Additional to this, as a bonus of giving something a rework - you get to improve certain other aspects too. You may now observe the FADEC rating subtly changing as you roll down the runway during takeoff, this is normal - the FADEC is continously computing the appropriate thrust output and therefore slighty varying EPR/N1 - this is now reflected across the range, but we’re still tweaking the IAEs a little.

vielleicht ne blöde Frage: aber ist es möglich, den Fenix mit zwei Joysticks zu fliegen? Cockpitbauer müssten das doch schon ausprobiert haben, oder? Wenn ja, was muss ich denn da beachten? Oder reichts, einfach nen Joystick anzustöbseln ...

Von der Logik her musste ein Systemtief simulierter Airbus zwei explizit auf CPT und FO zugeordnete Sticks können.

Zu dual input findet sich auf Avherald einiges.

Ob das der Sim kann, bezweifle ich. Habe bisher immer nur die Acsen umd nicht unterschieden nach der Seite alas Zuweisung gesehen.

Aber natürlich ksnnst du zwei sticks nutzen. Nur greift dann halt "latest value" und. Icht das aufaddieren der Eigaben.

Ich fürchte, das ist eine Limitation von Fenix oder des FS2020 selbst, habe die Frage bei Fenix selbst auch schon gestellt, aber nie eine Antwort erhalten, denke daher es geht nicht.

im, P3D wars möglich mit dem Fslabs, damit konnte man sehr gut Dual input simulieren.

Der P3D war eben bis heute er bessere Simulator, sah zwar im Vergleich nicht schön aus, konnte aber mehr, schade das Asobo da nicht anknüpft.

Ich rate jetzt mal dass der Pfeil im EFB in die Windrichtung relativ zur Bahn zeigt, bei dir 310, ist aber nur eine vermute. Die Angabe der Windrichtung deckt sich ja grob.

Naja, strange… also eine 31 ist ja auf dem Bild schon in Relation (durch Zufall) richtig abgebildet, nach oben Norden. Der wind kommt aber aus 320, also müsste der Pfeil mMn. egal was da als RWY abgebildet ist, von links oben nach rechts unten zeigen.

Ich denke das EFB zeigt einfach die Richtung des Windes in Relation zur Runway an, auf denBilder im folgenden Link sieht das genauso aus:

Fenix Simulations

auch eine schlechte Nachricht für die frühen Käufer vom 2024. MS scheint Fenix nicht zu mögen.

3 - One last thing we may as well talk about is Flight Simulator 2024. Unfortunately, we were not permitted access to the DevAlpha (though we did ask Microsoft), which means we still don't have an answer for you on compatibility and timelines for adjusting to this new platform. Our intent will be to bring compatibility and stability first and foremost, then at a later time assess the new feature set and see what makes sense. Without seeing it with our own eyes, we cannot make any promises or commitments to timelines and processes, but on release of FS2024 we will begin our due diligence and report back with our thoughts and findings. Sorry this answer isn't very meaty, but being so far removed from this new simulator means we're still asking all the same questions you are.

Das ist für mich das ausschlaggebende Momentum, beim 2024 noch abzuwarten, aber machen wir uns nichts vor: sobald der Fenix auch 2024er läuft hält mich auch nicht wirklich was beim ‚alten‘ SIM …. Wenn die Bandbreitenproblematik nicht überhand nimmt…..

Zum Verhalten Asobo/MS sage ich hier lieber nix. Sonst werde ich noch gesperrt.

Aber es bestätigt mich in meiner Meinung zum 2024. Erstmal abwarten was die Hyper für Erfahrungen posten. Besonders die Cloud Tech ,welche Bandbreite braucht es wirklich.

Das gesparte Geld fließt in die Winwing EFIS.

Ist bei mir auch so. Ich warte da erst mal gemütlich ab. Haben jetzt die Fenix Reihe komplett, einen ziemlich geilen A380, Ifly 737 MAX 8 usw. Nur wegen dem A330 hol ich mir den neuen Sim erst mal nicht. Erst, wenn alles so langsam drüben ist, schlag ich zu (Keystore).
